everything there was cool and the staff were very very helpful. really enjoyed our rooms with balcony. the location was excellent and lovely, for example, el pueblito patojo was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The location was particularly good, not very far from El Morro de Tulcan. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport.

The value for money at Les Balcons was excellent, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The location in the historic center was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.

the room was big and huge and with even a chair and the ping pong table, for example, had everything i needed. i thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was 5 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel's location was also great, being close to the city center and within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. the spacious dorm room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot shower.

One major downside was the noise at night, particularly from the street outside our room. It made it difficult to sleep peacefully, especially during the early hours of the morning.

The hostel was kept very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of space to hang out and work, and the internet connection was excellent. The staff, including Jorge and his colleagues, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always went above and beyond to provide information and solve any issues.

Located in the center of the historic town, this hostel is just a stone's throw away from the main square. With a supermarket conveniently situated right opposite, it's easy to stock up on supplies. The spacious 4-bed dorm offers plenty of storage, and if you're lucky, you might even have it all to yourself. You can also enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and the pleasant communal space.
